Executive Planning Process (EPP) for the 2011 Biennium
Planning for the 2011 Biennium is well underway. Agencies prepare initial budgets and proposed legislation that could be presented to interim oversight committees for pre-introductioin. Although not all proposals will make it through the process, the EPPs give an indication of other legislative proposals that will be introduced that don't make it through the EPP process.
Below are documents describing the EPP process, the timeline and the DOR's EPPs submitted to the Office of Budget and Program Planning.
Note: The proposed lists only include legislation agencies would bring forward to the Interim Committees for pre-introduction. Agencies can bring other proposals through individual legislators.
