June 5 and 6, 2008 - Performance Measurement of Agencies
The Legislative Finance Committee initially established a performance measurement project in October of 2005.
The current phase of the project is focused on monitoring performance towards agency goals and initiatives based upon appropriations provided from the 2007 session. This information can provide the legislature timely information on progress and allow for discussions to remedy identified issues during the interim.
The information will also serve as a background information for the legislative fiscal division's budget analysis for the 2009 session.
